Outdoor Massage Pavillions
If you prefer not to leave the beach area, visit one of our outdoor massage pavilions for some reflexology while your aural senses contemplate the rhythmic sound of ocean waves washing ashore in the background.

Get in touch with your deepest self while keeping fit and relaxed. Our daily yoga and tai chi classes are taught by trained professional practitioners. Whether you are a novice or you’ve been doing yoga or tai chi for years, our instructors will work with you on your level of expertise. Mats are provided and guests should arrive in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
